Story Draft 7

Halloween approaches yet Christmas is in the lead!!
The traditional festivities are always looked forward to, however, it is amazing that Christmas is out before Halloween.
At the end of August, already you could see the tell tale signs of the Christmas spirit, whether its the christmas patterned wrapping paper, or the soft fluffy christmas PJs. Christmas is getting closer, but the question is also raised; is Christmas now a commercial event rather than the christian celebration?
Halloween is not a christian event, and is classed as an American event based on the red necks beliefs of spirits. The products for this event has hardly hit the shelves yet, but it is a known event where children dress up as ghouls and witches, and go round the houses asking for treats. But is is right to send children dressed in disguise to beg round for sweets?
